Return & Shipping Policy

Purchases made Online

We have a 7-day return policy on all products, excluding blind bags/boxes, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange for a different product, you can contact us at sales@itsgettingdicey.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with where to send your return. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Purchases Made In Person

Refunds will not be given for in person purchases. Exchanges may be made during the dates of the event that the purchase was initially made.  Exchanges will not be permitted on opened blind bags or boxes.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 

Damages and issues
In the unlikely event the item is defective, damaged or if the wrong item was sent, the item will be exchanged for the same item as was originally purchased. In this event we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package exchange to.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like blind bags/ boxes, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and other sealed items that have been unsealed. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

All exchanges are treated as returns unless made in-person or the exchange is for a product that is of the same value.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy

We ship Monday - Friday each week, excluding holidays. Order placed before 12pm will usually be shipped same-day, orders after 12pm will be shipped on the next business day. 

Unless otherwise specified, all orders ship via USPS first class or priority mail (depending on weight) and should arrive within 1 week.  Weather related issues can impact delivery times.

Standard US shipping is free. Expedited US shipping and international shipping is calculated based on weight and will show up at checkout.
